Empowered Healing Blueprint
3 to 4 months of personalised, one-to-one root cause investigation for women who are done being told their results are "normal," ready to finally understand what's actually going on, without another generic protocol, restrictive diet, or guessing game.
I’ve been where you are.
For years I dealt with high blood pressure, SIBO, bloating, constipation, acne, insomnia, and anxiety. I was told, again and again, that everything was normal. That it was just stress. That this was simply how my body was. Or I was handed a pill to manage symptoms.
I didn't believe it. Not because I was in denial, but because I knew "normal" test results didn't mean I felt well, and I refused to accept that feeling unwell was just something to live with.
What actually helped wasn't another supplement or another diet. It was someone finally looking at my whole picture, not just the symptom in front of them, and asking why, not just what to take.
That's the work I do now. And I've watched it change things for women I never expected, not just physically, but in how they see their own bodies.
One client, Barbara, came to me gaining weight without explanation, exhausted, losing hair. Her doctor told her everything was normal. It wasn't. Her thyroid levels showed something a functional lens could actually see. That moment, someone being believed instead of dismissed, is the whole reason this programme exists.
You weren't meant to spend years feeling unwell while being told you're fine. You were meant to understand your body well enough to trust it again.
Maybe lately, you’ve caught yourself thinking:
"Something isn't right, but every test comes back normal."
"I've tried elimination diets, supplements, even different practitioners, and nothing has actually stuck."
"I just want someone to look at my whole picture instead of treating one symptom at a time."
That's exactly why the Empowered Healing Blueprint exists.
It's not another generic protocol. It's not a 30-day detox promising to fix everything at once. It's not a plan built for someone else's body applied to yours.
It's a structured investigation into what's actually driving your symptoms, built entirely around your history, your labs, your lifestyle, and your goals, so the plan we build together is one that could only be yours.
If this sounds like what you've been looking for, you're ready to stop guessing and start understanding.
You show up, answer honestly, and do the work. I investigate, connect the dots, and explain the why behind everything. Together, over 3 to 4 months, we build a clear picture of your body and a realistic path forward.
This is for you if:
You've been told your tests are "normal," but you know something isn't right, and you're tired of being dismissed.
You've tried elimination diets, supplements, or other practitioners, and nothing has given you lasting answers.
You want someone to look at your whole picture, your gut, hormones, and nervous system together, not one symptom in isolation.
You're ready to actively participate in your own healing, not just be handed a plan and left to follow it alone.
This Isn’t For You If:
You're looking for someone to fix things for you without your own involvement.
You're not willing to make changes to your diet, lifestyle, or habits, even gradually.
You want a quick fix more than you want to understand what's actually happening in your body.
Because every person's health history is different, this programme isn't a guaranteed fit for everyone. If you're managing a complex medical condition alongside your GP, I'll always work alongside that care, not instead of it. If you're not sure whether this is right for you, email hello@micheladonazzan.com and we can talk it through before you commit to anything.
Why This Is Different
I'm a Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath (mBANT, mCNHC, mANP, mGNC) with over six years of experience, and I don't apply the same protocol to everyone who walks through the door.
Most approaches to symptoms like yours fall into one of two camps: conventional medicine, which often stops at "your tests are normal," or generic wellness advice, that treats every gut issue, every hormone imbalance, the same way regardless of the person behind it.
This isn't that.
You're not here to be handed a supplement list and sent on your way.
You're not here to eliminate half your diet with no explanation of why.
You're not here to be treated like a set of symptoms rather than a whole person.
In the Empowered Healing Blueprint, I investigate your case in depth, then explain the reasoning behind every single recommendation, so you leave not just feeling better, but understanding your own body well enough to keep it that way.
What’s Included
This is the difference between piecing things together alone and having someone map the whole picture with you.
Decode — Your Health Investigation
A comprehensive intake covering your health history, a seven-day food and lifestyle diary, symptom timeline, and review of any existing lab work, so nothing gets missed before we start.
Discover — Case Analysis
I connect patterns across your gut, hormones, and nervous system that are often missed when symptoms are treated in isolation. Where genuinely useful, I'll recommend targeted functional testing, never routinely, only when it will actually change your plan.
Restore — Your Functional Healing Roadmap
A fully personalised plan covering nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, movement, herbs, naturopathic tools and supplements where appropriate, with the reasoning behind every recommendation explained clearly.
Refine — Ongoing Adjustment
Healing isn't linear. Across 3 structured follow-up consultations and ongoing secure messaging support, we adjust your plan as your body responds.
Inside the Empowered Healing Blueprint, you'll come to understand:
What's actually driving your symptoms, not just how to manage them
How your gut, hormones, and nervous system are connected in your specific case
Which changes matter most for your body, and which don't
How to recognise what your body is telling you, long after our work together ends
Your investment: £1,600 (payment plans available)
I intentionally keep this work to 4 client spaces per month, so every case gets the depth of attention it actually needs.
FAQ

That's a fair question, and honestly, the fact that you're asking it tells me you're serious about actually getting an answer this time.
Think about how much time you've actually had with a doctor to explain what's going on. Most appointments give you 5 to 10 minutes. In that time, you're expected to summarise years of symptoms and hope something gets caught.
Now think about what I can gather across 120 minutes upfront, a full week of your food and lifestyle diary, and months of watching how your body actually responds. That's not a small difference, it's the difference between a snapshot and the full picture.
Most approaches you've likely tried treated one symptom at a time, or applied a generic protocol regardless of what your body actually needed. When it didn't work, that probably felt like your fault. It wasn't. The plan simply wasn't built for you.
This is different because everything starts with understanding your specific case first, not a template, and you're not doing it alone between appointments. You have ongoing support as your plan evolves.

This is one of the most common things I hear, and it makes complete sense. You're already stretched thin, the idea of adding something else onto your plate feels impossible.
But this isn't about overhauling your entire life overnight. Your plan is built around your actual life, your schedule, your capacity, your family, not around what would work for someone with unlimited time. Some of the most effective changes are small and specific, not sweeping.
And realistically, you're already spending energy on this, researching symptoms at midnight, trying things that don't stick, feeling exhausted by your own body. This isn't more effort added on top. It's effort finally being pointed in a direction that actually works.
-
This isn't about choosing one over the other. I'm not here to tell you to stop anything your doctor has prescribed, and if something needs medical attention, I'll always say so and refer you appropriately.
What I do is look at what's underneath the symptom, the drainage pathways, the gut-brain connection, the patterns medication isn't designed to address, because medication is often built to manage a symptom, not investigate why it's there in the first place.
For many women, this works alongside their medical care, not instead of it, filling in the part of the picture that a 10-minute appointment simply doesn't have room for.

I understand that fear, and it's a fair one, restriction for its own sake isn't the goal here, and it's not how I work.
Where certain foods are removed for a period, it's temporary, not a life sentence. Sometimes an inflamed, overwhelmed system just needs a bit of breathing room to actually heal, and healing tends to happen faster when it's given that space rather than fighting through constant triggers.
The goal is always to bring foods back in once your body's ready, so you can see for yourself, often to your relief, that the foods you were worried about missing forever come back without the symptoms that used to follow them.
-
Honestly, sometimes it isn't, and I'd rather tell you that upfront than pretend otherwise. If you've been dealing with symptoms for 10, 15, 20 years, it's not realistic to expect that to fully resolve in a few months. Healing at that depth takes the time it takes.
What 3 to 4 months does give you is a proper foundation, a full investigation, a personalised roadmap, and enough follow-up to see how your body actually responds, not just guess.
The spacing of those follow-ups isn't fixed either, it's built around your protocol. Some people need check-ins closer together, but never less than 4 weeks apart, because a plan needs time to actually show its effects before we adjust it. If I've given you a 2 month protocol, there's no point reviewing it after 2 weeks, we wouldn't have anything real to look at yet.
If you need more time beyond the initial 3 to 4 months, renewal is available, and typically at a lower rate, because by that stage you understand your body better and my involvement naturally becomes lighter touch.

I understand, £1,600 is a real investment, and it's completely fair to think carefully about it.
There are payment plans available, £1,600 in full, 2 payments of £900, or 3 payments of £650, so you can choose what actually works for your budget rather than needing it all at once.
But I'll be honest with you about something else too: in my experience, this is rarely actually a money problem. It's usually a priorities problem, and that's not a criticism, it's just true for most of us. We often find the money for the things we've already decided matter, and struggle to find it for the things we haven't fully committed to yet.
So the real question isn't whether you can afford this. It's whether you're ready to prioritise finally understanding your body, the same way you already prioritise other things in your life without a second thought.
-
A fair question, and I'd rather you ask it than be surprised later.
Some clients choose to invest further, in better quality food, functional testing where it's genuinely useful, or supplements where appropriate. None of that is required, and none of it is hidden, it's simply optional depending on what your case actually needs.
I always work with whoever is in front of me. If testing or supplements aren't the right fit for your budget or your case, we build the plan without them. There's no standard add-on list everyone gets pushed towards, it's genuinely tailored to you.
