For women whose digestive symptoms sit within a wider health story
Your digestive symptoms have already taken enough of your life.
I help women make sense of persistent digestive symptoms within a wider health picture, especially when the story has become too complicated to organise alone.
Together, we work out what may be relevant, what matters now, what can wait and what realistic next steps fit your body and your life.
A relaxed, no-obligation conversation about what you have been experiencing and whether the Empowered Healing Blueprint is the right next step.
When you have tried so much
You do not need another list of things to try.
By the time women come to me, they often know a lot. They have cut foods out, bought supplements, had tests, tracked symptoms and tried to do everything correctly.
Yet the picture still does not make sense.
Sometimes the most exhausting part is not the symptom alone. It is the constant calculation around meals, plans, travel and whether your body will cooperate today.
The problem is not that you have not tried hard enough. You have been left to organise a complex case while living inside it.
- Your symptoms improve, return or change without an obvious reason.
- Foods that seem fine one week cause problems the next.
- Digestion, energy, sleep, stress, skin or hormonal changes have been treated as separate issues.
- Tests described as normal have not explained how you actually feel.
- The rules keep growing, while eating out, travelling and everyday decisions feel less free.
- Conflicting advice has left you with more information and less clarity.
The philosophy beneath the work
The purpose of improving your health is not to make you spend your life managing it better.
It is to help health occupy less of your life.
Less confusion
You should understand what may be contributing, what remains uncertain and why a next step is worth taking.
Fewer competing priorities
A plan should show you what matters now and what can wait, rather than turn health into another full-time job.
More capability
Close support should help you recognise patterns and make better decisions, not make you dependent on appointments, tests or rules.
How I think and work
I hear the whole untidy story before I decide what matters.
I do not begin with a generic diet or supplement protocol. I begin by listening, gathering context and asking questions that help us make better decisions. Sometimes the most useful next step is a surprisingly small one.
Reconstruct the relevant history
We look at symptom timelines, food, lifestyle, medications, existing results, previous attempts and the ordinary details of your life that may change how the case should be understood.
Separate patterns from noise
I consider what may connect, what may be coincidence and what we cannot know yet. You receive a working explanation, not false certainty.
Choose a useful next step
We decide what deserves attention first. Tests and supplements are considered when they are likely to change a decision, not simply because they are available.
Observe, learn and refine
What happens next becomes part of the case. If your body or your life does not follow the plan, that is information to work with, not proof that you have failed.
This work can sit alongside appropriate medical care. If a symptom needs medical assessment or investigation, I will encourage you to speak to your GP or another suitable healthcare professional.
“I feel like you are ‘in it with me’.”

Real-life implementation
When the plan does not fit the life, the plan changes.
A technically sensible recommendation can still be wrong for this moment if the workload, timing or form makes it impossible to carry out.
An anonymised client example
A client told me that a major change at home meant she could not do everything at once and needed clear priorities.
We did not label her non-compliant or add more pressure. We reduced the exercise target, narrowed the food changes to a few priorities and delayed the next intervention.
The difficulty was useful information. It showed us what the plan needed to become.
What clients say
Support should feel close, honest and usable in real life.
“I feel safe, assured, and confident in our professional relationship. I trust that I can be honest without fear of judgment. Your knowledge and openness make me feel supported.”
J., client
“Your suggestions are always achievable - I have an impression that you have a view of all the perfect things your clients should do but you suggest them in a way that the client can achieve them”
G., client
“I now have a bowel movement every day, and bloating has gone from being a constant presence to an occasional episode. … The most important thing is that I no longer feel like I am constantly fighting against my body. I have learned how to build more balanced and complete meals, listen to the signals from my gut, and approach travelling, dinners, and social occasions with much greater peace of mind.”

About Michela
I’m Michela. Most people call me Miky.
I am a London-based Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath. My own wider, confusing health picture taught me what it is like when symptoms do not fit neatly together and finding answers begins to occupy far too much of your life.
It is one reason I now listen to the whole story, reduce the noise and build a way forward that is made to be lived, not endlessly managed.
My job is to listen carefully, think deeply about the case, explain uncertainty honestly and turn what I find into decisions you can actually use.
I do not want you dependent on endless appointments or guessing at the next supplement. I want you to understand the reasoning, recognise what matters in your own case and feel increasingly capable of making informed decisions.
The next step
You do not have to keep piecing this together alone.
If you want your whole story considered, clear reasoning and a realistic path forward, book a free discovery call.
We will talk about what you have been experiencing, what you have already tried and what you would like to change. You can ask questions and we can decide whether working together is appropriate.
